Ready to apply for My time? Pay attention.

An application is required if this is your first time contacting me. Take your time filling out your application with thoughtful responses as I will take my time going over what you’re wanting to experience with me. If applying for long-distance online training, your personal information is not required, but your interests are. Typically I respond to applications within 48 hours and I rarely book the same day. If you are someone who needs to book last minute because of a busy schedule, submit your application ahead of time to get the screening process out of the way. Booking far in advance is always preferred as I enjoy slowly plotting what I’m going to do to you.

(Note that state ID’s are required to book in-person time with me. No exceptions. Images of the front and back are to be submitted when once you’ve sent your application. A failure to do this will only delay your application. My booking form is securely encrypted, and all personal information is used to verify your identity only.)

Deposit and cancellation policies:

Keep my deposit and cancellation policy in mind, and only proceed with requesting a session if you’re willing to abide by them both.

Deposit policy:

A deposit of $50 is required in order to secure our time together. Deposits go towards your session time and are non-refundable, unless I cancel.

Cancellation policy:

Emergencies happen. Should you need to cancel our session, your deposit is non-refundable, but you will be permitted to reschedule in the future. If you do not show up for your session time it will be unlikely that you’ll be allowed to book an appointment with me again. If you waste my time it will be increasingly difficult for you to get more of it.
